This dormer bungalow is situated on a small estate five minutes walk from the centre of Bennlech village where there is a good variety of shops and amenities

The lovely sandy beach is a ten minute walk from the property and a pleasant private garden at the rear of the bungalow provides a nice place to relax while the children play.

The separate dining room seats six people and also overlooks the garden and bay.

The pleasant ground floor lounge, which overlooks the garden and has panoramic views of Bennlech Bay, is equiped with television and video recorder.

The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker,microwave,fridge freezer,dishwasher,washing machine and dryer.

Sleeping accommodation comprises: on the ground floor and adjacent to the bathroom,one bedroom with king size bed. Upstairs are two twin bedded rooms.

All bed linen(except towels) is provided. The beds have dual season duvets.
